1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "ye77", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to ye77.bet and the entity operating the ye77 online gaming and sports betting platform.
• "User", "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the ye77 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered ye77 user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.

• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the primary currency used on the ye77 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which access to or use of ye77 Services is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ye77. By clicking "Register", "Log In", or by otherwise accessing the ye77 platform, you irrevocably agree to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

ye77 reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification — such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card — at any stage of the account lifecycle to verify age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by ye77 may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered ye77 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, GCash wallets, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. ye77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate Account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. You agree to notify ye77 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ye77 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point that ye77 deems appropriate. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, utility bills (for address verification), and GCash account verification screenshots.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ye77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (via payment partners), and Cebuana Lhuillier. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ye77 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

5.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your ye77 Account balance upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. ye77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in the same name as your ye77 Account. ye77 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as reasonably practicable; processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests at the time.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ye77 is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. ye77 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the transaction is connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity. In such cases, ye77 may report the matter to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ye77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available. The following general conditions apply to all ye77 promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only and may be subject to minimum deposit requirements;
• Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, or payment method unless otherwise stated;
• ye77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension;
• Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms.

7. Gaming Rules

All games available on the ye77 platform are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game provider (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili, and other licensed suppliers). In the event of any conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All ye77 slot and RNG-based table games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. ye77 does not manipulate game results and has no ability to influence outcomes on third-party certified RNG systems.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or connection interruption during a game, ye77 will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore affected game sessions to their last valid state. However, ye77 cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of any game or Service. Malfunction voids all pays and plays — bets placed during a period of confirmed technical malfunction may be voided and any affected deposits refunded at ye77's discretion.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are subject to separate sportsbook rules published on the relevant betting pages of the ye77 platform. ye77 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle any market in accordance with industry-standard rules, including in cases of match abandonment, postponement, or confirmed integrity concerns.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ye77 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering under false, incomplete, or misleading personal information;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating more than one Account;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings derived from confirmed bugs must be reported to ye77 and will be voided;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws;
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other means of obscuring your true location if doing so is intended to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ye77 support staff or other platform users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ye77 platform or its underlying software.

9. Responsible Gaming

ye77 takes its responsibilities in relation to player welfare seriously. The platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools that all Players may access directly from their Account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications reminding you of how long you have been playing;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from all ye77 marketing communications.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ye77 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, logos, trade names, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of ye77 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ye77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the ye77 platform without prior written authorisation from ye77.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

ye77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering for a ye77 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ye77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the ye77 platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond ye77's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security;
• Errors or delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers such as GCash or your banking institution;
• Loss of data or gaming session records due to technical malfunction.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ye77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

ye77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit balances associated with that Account, where ye77 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has:

• Violated any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or verification information;
• Engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Engaged in activity that may constitute a violation of applicable law, including AMLA provisions;
• Been found to be under 21 years of age.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting ye77 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable withdrawal fees) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC requirements.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ye77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ye77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the revised document.

Your continued use of the ye77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ye77, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ye77's internal complaints process by contacting support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
